How do subscriptions work?

Pick a base plan on a monthly, quarterly, or annual period, then stack on the add-ons you need - the website & catalogue add-on, extra team seats, or extra storage. Pay from your prepaid wallet or by card through Paystack, and turn on auto-renew if you never want to think about it. Cancel anytime; access runs until the end of the paid period.
What's included in the base plan?

The base plan covers the day-to-day of running an atelier: client management, measurement rules and records, client work orders, and your portfolio projects - plus 200MB of asset storage and 3 team seats.
How does the wallet work?

Fund your wallet via Paystack (cards, bank transfer, USSD) and use the balance to pay for subscriptions, add-ons, and templates. Promo codes can discount your subscription or add a bonus on top of wallet funding.
How do website templates and custom domains work?
+
Templates are a one-time purchase - buy once and use it in the studio site builder for as long as you like. Owning any template also unlocks connecting your own custom domain for free.
What happens if I run out of storage?

Every workspace includes 200MB of storage. When you need more, add storage blocks of 500MB to your subscription - uploads are never silently lost; you simply top up when you hit the limit.
What payment methods do you accept?

We accept debit/credit cards, bank transfers, and USSD payments through Paystack - either directly at checkout or by funding your wallet first.
